1. Consultation fees at Cimarron Aesthetics may be used towards and will be deducted from a product or treatment total IF purchased on the same day for either same day use or future use. If no product or service is purchased on the day of in-person consultation, the patient forfeits the value of the consultation fee for future use and the $99 consultation fee will be applied towards the appointment time.

2. Cimarron Aesthetics has a 48-cancellation policy. We kindly ask that you if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment that you do so AT LEAST two business days prior to your appointment or the card that is on file will be charged a non-refundable $149 late cancellation fee. This fee may be applied towards a future product or service purchase UNLESS the patient is a no-show/no-call for their scheduled appointment time. Infractions of this policy MAY result in dismissal from the practice.

3. Non-surgical BBLs, PDO thread LIFTS, and any appointment lasting longer than 90 minutes require a pre-payment of $999 that will be charged to the card on file 7 business day before the scheduled appointment time to remain on the schedule. The aforementioned cancellation policy applies to these appointment types IN ADDITION to the pre-payment requirement.

4. New patients of Cimarron Aesthetics are highly encouraged to return to the office no sooner than two weeks from the date of their first wrinkle relaxer treatment at the practice and no later than three for assessment and a one-time complimentary touch-up if needed. If additional units are required during the touchup timeframe of a future wrinkle relaxer treatment, the patient will be responsible for a portion of the cost of these additional units dependent upon the number of units required.

5. Cimarron Aesthetics will NOT treat patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. We look forward to seeing you as soon as you’ve stopped breast feeding for at least 30 days. Patients who are pregnant and breastfeeding are welcome to schedule a consultation during this time to develop a customized treatment plan and/or start their aesthetic journey with a personalized medical grade skin care regimen that would include products that are safe to use during this time.
